It was time to erase


She stood staring towards the mountain for hours, dazed at the notion that none of it had meant even so much as a backward glance at the carnage that he had left in his wake, that they had caused together, that she would be left alone with, and only her to pick up the pieces and do whatever she was to do with them, that which she couldn't fathom. So. With her whole world having crumbled around her, she realised that the only thing that was making her feel these hot tears, the only thing came between her and that, was her memory.
